After a decade of projects development for industrial clients in the heavy machine industry, power generation and transmission, and de-regulations of energy markets Clarion Expert Network was founded in Serbia in 2020 as a response to the growing demand for technical and commercial consulting services for the power industry.

As Owner’s Engineer, we remain embedded through execution, supervising construction and technology integration to ensure that approved designs, performance assumptions and risk allocations are preserved on site. We manage interfaces between disciplines—energy, environment, processing and digital systems—where most project failures occur.
Our involvement continues into commissioning and early operations, where we validate performance, enforce guarantees and support operational readiness. This lifecycle approach allows projects to move from concept to operation as technically robust, financeable assets capable of sustaining value over time.
